It's been a busy week at work this week due to the launch of our new product, Skylight Buddy. Ticket, chat, call volumes have been considerably higher than they have been in months, which is a good thing in my opinion.

I am super excited to have just about made it through this first week of this launch, and I'm also excited that today is my last day of the work week. It'll be nice to have a couple of days off to rejuvenate and get ready to do it again next week.

Then the following week it's off to Pittsburgh for the week to hang out with the Skylight team!
