Got the dough for the pita bread started. I'm not much of a baker, but this is simple enough hopefully even I can't screw it up

And wasn't terribly difficult (since I actually read/followed directions this time...)

My wife said "If we were really drunk this would be just like Amsterdam" which I believe was a compliment
