Chatting with one friend who still works in The City, who said to look at the Yuan trades.
There are still boats travelling through the Straits of Hormuz, with Iran's permission.
While it's been reported that Iran is charging ~$2million per boat, what has not been widely reported is that Iran is only accepting payment in Yuan.
Not in US dollars.
