@CStamp I love that the feet change colour in adulthood! Anyway, in ring-bill gulls. Young ones have pink feet, iirc.

@deborahh Yeah, I suspect most do as they change to adult plumage. That was taken on a railing in San Francisco, and based on the colour of the legs, guessing a California Gull.
