If it's time limited, how much time?
@webhat I have no opinion on whether they should have it in the first place. I think it requires a lot of context you have and we don't.
If you decide they should then a strict time limit makes sense. Like 2x 15 min a day or something. It'll teach their brain to approach this as a limited resource they have to use consciously.
You can always expand later.

@Pepijn certainly, personally I think it's a waste of time, and think ~30 minutes is a good time limit
I also didn't want to remain stuck in my own biases, and get additional input from others
