Looks like #lutris is now ai-slop.

Its main contributor strycore decided to not only use claude to make code commits, but to also remove the co-authorship tag for this llm to hide what code was created by it.

The original (now closed) issue: https://github.com/lutris/lutris/issues/6529

It has been moved to this active discussion: https://github.com/lutris/lutris/discussions/6530

@AVincentInSpace Keep in mind he has more repositories than just lutris. Those are now also suspect.

@RandamuMaki The discussion page that this issue got moved to is.... Illuminating.

I sympathize *greatly* with the team's frustrations over not getting the help they need to maintain their project, especially with how popular Lutris has become. But completely abandoning responsibility of choice and acting like it's "just a tool" despite acknowledging that using that tool and it's output still contributes to perpetuating the harms inherent in the tool's creation and continued availability - even if only in some small way - tells me all I need to know about the ethics of the project. I won't be using or recommending Lutris to anyone anymore.

The conversation is ridiculous. The reasoning flawed.
