Need a distraction? Yeah you do. Go ahead and pick one for me.
#stegosaurus forever but also I want to fly on a #pterodactyl.
#dinosaursStrictly, pterodactyls and all other pterosaurs aren't dinosaurs but flying reptiles …
Currently, I rather like the Spinosaurs:
most of which have a sail on their back, a head crest and impressive teeth.
-
I'm so basic for this but #Velociraptor. It feels the most rideable into battle.
@julianmaiz @ErickaSimone
I like how sleek, intelligent, and sociable they are. That why I enjoyed Blue so much, especially when she was demonstrating empathy.I also like mamenchisaurs. That neck is really something. I wonder if it's related somehow to me liking giraffes?

#dinosaurs@ErickaSimone of those on the diagram, Ankylosaurus. But I also love Pachycephalosaurus.
...I like dinosaurs that go bonk

@ErickaSimone @GhostOnTheHalfShell I’m a fan of all dinosaurs so epically long they needed a butt-brain.
@mivox @GhostOnTheHalfShell wait. This happened? lol.
-
@flipper @glasspusher @pseudonymsupreme wow just noticed the left the legend out. Apologies. lol.

Do you like the Brachiosaurus and the Brontosaurus as well? On account of their giraffe-like shapes?
-

@ErickaSimone @GhostOnTheHalfShell I am EXTREMELY disappointed to report that when I happily ran off to find a citation, I found exactly the opposite…

@julianmaiz @ErickaSimone
Brachiosaur yeah, brontosaur, it depends on the depiction of it. But with mamenchisaurus, it's neck just seems impossibly long (well some of them anyway). -

Brontosaurus(1879) don't exist, misclassified Apatosaurus(1877).
@gnoll110
There was a convincing 2015 paper arguing otherwise and it's now considered a whole genus of 'saurs.
