My screen version of touching grass is watching the #lifestyle English programming on #nhkworldjapan. It's so calm & devoid of greedy captialism. Learning about centenary to centuries-old local businesses & traditions, seeing how the culture of recycling & waste reduction is lived, & vicariously travelling to various regions of #Japan is palate cleansing for a Western-born soul.
