One of the many things I love about this platform is that people can disagree civilly.
So to thank you all, I will share with you the handwritten Mother's Day card my pre-teen granddaughter wrote to me:
Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
Life would suck
Without someone like you.
(Yes, it caught me by a bit of surprise, too.)
