UAVs over Cherkasy region — 22 drones heading to Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi
On the night of May 1, 2026, the Cherkasy region came under a massive drone attack. According to monitoring data, at least 22 enemy UAVs were detected approaching the city of Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi. Additionally, drones were observed in the areas of Drabiv, Zolotonosha, and Kaniv. The total number of aerial targets identified in the region exceeded 27 units. Local authorities and the military continue to monitor the situation and work on mitigating the consequences.
