My dumb ass has been avoiding iron because I read that T can cause you to overproduce blood cells also my levels have been consistently low so like "yikes what if more iron causes a period."

My dumb ass has been avoiding iron because I read that T can cause you to overproduce blood cells also my levels have been consistently low so like "yikes what if more iron causes a period." Now I'm reading that it can also cause anemia and I wonder if that's why I'm having heart palpitations and my chest is sore frequently and I'm so lethargic and slightly depressed and overwhelmed and yellow...
Anyway don't let the brain worms getcha and take your vitamins, kids.
