    ah, yes, quite the cluster F.

    a certain @mattblaze pointed out the problems with it and fortunately, we don't have to live with it. he did a very entertaining talk at USENIX about it.

      @paul_ipv6 @corbden @mattblaze In France, the Internet itself was, hum, "only tolerated within academia" for quite some time. We had to find loopholes to bypass the official Telecom Monopoly...
