Contemplating banging out a page/post laying out all the anti-AI/LLM arguments in a well-formatted list of clear, non-histrionic summaries, with citations/links/receipts.

Contemplating banging out a page/post laying out all the anti-AI/LLM arguments in a well-formatted list of clear, non-histrionic summaries, with citations/links/receipts. Suitable for a readable, they-won't-need-to-ask-the-bot-for-a-summary list of "these reasons add up to why I don't want to use these tools" one can throw at neutrals/boosters.
Seems like this should already exist, but none in my bookmarks. Anyone seen this or do I need to get collating? (Bonus points if you have individual resources for inclusion /in/ such a page…)

@bitprophet Asking my bot, I'll get right back to you with that.

@bitprophet this is, more or less, the project that I'm in the middle of right now, and I regret to inform you that it's more work than you can possibly imagine

@glyph @bitprophet and the bigger problem is it'll probably only be read by people who already agree.
I may do a page describing why I personally shy away from LLMs, likely starting from a morning LinkedIn comment of mine:
> Today’s AI is where the product requirement of more features meets the productivity metric of LoC meets the infrastructure fix of throwing more machines at it meets the zero sum game hype fodder of use it or lose. It’s like the perfect gestalt of everything I hate in dev.

@glyph I assume this is due to the amount of receipts you're trying to assemble? I was focusing more on the number of reasons. but maybe that's /also/ a very large value…

@randomgeek @glyph I mean, yes, the assumption that boostery types will engage with such a resource in good faith is…perhaps overly optimistic.
But I'm looking at it in the sense of "it's going to come up no matter what I do", which leads to: I can half-assedly, overly-emotionally, and incompletely list said reasons verbally on the spot, /or/ I can link $person a page that's easy to skim & gets those same points across /well/.

@bitprophet I've thought about doing something similar. Well more, my thoughts on the matter in an editorial way. Still would love to read what others come up with. -

@bitprophet
Education-specific, but is this something like you are aiming for? Or useful? -

I was imagining something where the explicit audience /is/ the boosters (in a "hi new colleague / person in a community / whomever, here's some stuff you should know, in a format you have little excuse not to read" sense) but this is still a great link.
