Could you imagine if one day a linux distro released with a premise of being a "Vim focused distro" or something like that?

It would be better because vim at least doesn't spy on you. But an OS focus on a specific tool or popoise tends to not be very good on other things which are the reason you'd wanr a computer in the first place
