@Anne_Delong I'm reminded of the time thirty years ago when I chanced on a (very cheap) contraflute in a second hand shop but, sadly, passed on the opportunity to acquire it. It was in good condition, played nicely and had a lovely tone. I'm sad I didn't pick it up.

Oh, the second hole is the bell hole! I assume from the size it's a folded design?

Gotcha—I landed in the wrong place somehow searching for "sigo"—if I use Kunath as a term it comes right up. (Although their site is terrible!)

I do like the idea that they're doing lots of variations, 442Hz will keep the early music folks happy, and they say a bass recorder is coming soon.

The tone in that video is surprisingly warm—that will also help!
