I stopped exercising and I'm eating way worse. I know exactly why, I haven't been taking care of myself

@An0n once i finally got out of autistic burnout, i started exercising again, very slowly, and then my ex broke up with me and went right back to doing nothing for a few months *sigh* now im swimming every couple of days so i guess better than doing nothing?
