To calculate Return on Investment, subtract the cost of grift from the excess profits.
The best part of trickle down is that we all are benefiting from the gouging! If you aren't getting your fair share of the trickle down wealth, stick your hand out farther and hold it there until an oilman disembarks his yacht to shares his gains with you (don't hold your breath).
