And while I am thinking about sleep and such, I have another question. Can anyone recommend headphones or earbuds that work well for side sleepers? I really don't want to use one of those masks with the embedded earphones. They just make me really hot when I am trying to sleep.

@Lisasali I can't remember the exact model but I have used some soundcore sleep phones in the past and they did work great, they have sounds so when you fall asleep, it turns off your audio from the phone and plays the sleep sound. I need to find them again.

@chris thank you. These sound interesting. I've had conversations with people who say they love to use their headphones or earbuds for sleep, but then I find out they don't sleep on their side, and that kind of changes everything.

@Lisasali I have these and forgot about them until you mentioned them. They're a little fiddly because you have to take them out of the headband to charge them, but they were pretty comfortable and the sound was good. The company is called acoustic sheep which I thought was a very clever name. Here is the Amazon listing with head sizes and fabric types. I have the breeze fabric which is thin, but there's also a fleece fabric.https://a.co/d/00NsIahG
