Hiring is broken.

I was hired into Position 1.

I'm now in Position 2, and helping with interviews for a new Position 1 person.

Talent keeps saying "no new candidates" in the pipeline, which I find odd. There are plenty who can do this job.

So I used my résumé with a different name, rephrased some things but kept the skills & experience 100% the same, and applied to the position.

What does Talent say? "No new candidates."
