      @stephanie Would it be cheaper and more productive to just subsidize the Ottawa lunch businesses rather than force public servants to an unproductive and inefficient office?

      But subsidize business via poor policiy? No one is willing to admit this out loud…

        @pinhman @stephanie And of course the solution for the NCR propagates to all offices. Seems silly to be driven by Ottawa downtown when a not insignificant portion of the public service is not in Ottawa...
