        @didier nerd-sniped me… the sole hard copy I could find is only available for loan in a library in Germany (see WorldCat). As for a digital version, this website claims to have it (haven't verified, it's downloadable after registration only):

        (It's not on archive.org or in any of the shadow libraries)

              @data0 @didier thank you for this tip! I've confirmed it is downloadable after registration.

              The site owner seems decent; we had a brief interaction by email.

              I'm completely new to the Commodore world. I've been an outsider since 1980.
