Which is all good and fair, but at the same time...
... I would love to see more projects that help real live storytellers show up to tell to audiences in person.
That's a special kind of connection. And it is a rarity these days.

@TarkabarkaHolgy Absolutely. I was at a storytelling session by Dougie Mackay (this guy https://storyconnection.org/ ) and it had a profound impact on my life and work- and was one of the reasons I am working to include syorytelling in my education (vetrerinarians-to-be).
The problem arises when you have to teach 250 students and they have to do something grade-able within the constraints of the personnel you have

@TarkabarkaHolgy Are there in your neighbourhood ? Many performers in Amsterdam center till a few years ago. Restricted in the busiest, because it was mostly just dressed up spooky, telling all the same stories. Best I remember were in the UK ,I have never seen that anywhere else like that. Able to make a random public listen to your story, not even with music.
