          @munin he's surrounded by people who are kibitzing on the illusory 4D board and skilled at taking advantage in the real world ue to an unerring ability to act first when they're the first to know what His Feculence has chosen to do. The net of that ends up looking like SOMEONE is playing 4D chess, but no one needs to in this system, they just have to have fuck-you money and eyes to see
