An air quality alert just popped up. Any theories as to why?
#ottawa@jd From the snow melt maybe? A friend of mine in Southern Ontario said they had some AQ alerts because of pollutants entering the air by accelerated snow melt.

#ottawa@jd This morning, the air over Ottawa looks like the old smog days. I suspect there is an cold air mass above us, keeping the dirty air above us.
