#OtD 29 Apr 1899 around 1000 miners rode a commandeered train to the Bunker Hill mine in Wardner, Idaho. Angry at the rejection of a Western Federation of Miners unionisation effort, they evacuated workers on shift and destroyed the mine with dynamite
