It'll take some serious constitutional amending before anyone takes your government seriously again.

Both personally, refusing to buy from US companies or use US services, and politically by urging our governments to move away from reliance on US defence hardware, to close US military bases on our territory, to stop awarding massive IT contracts to US corporations. It won't be quick or easy but we should make a start and make it clear where we are heading.
