I find it bizarre when people point out how incompetent ICE is. They are exactly as designed. Slave catchers with a mission to inflict terror. The fact that they are picking up so many people (including children) with no criminal history is a feature, not a bug.

They are the shock troops to pave the way for dictatorship

Their only error is that people would mobilise to protect each other.
