    Die Slowakei will Tanktourismus ausbremsen und hat eine Zwei-Preise-Regel eingeführt: Autofahrer mit ausländischem Kennzeichen zahlen mehr für den Liter Diesel. Das sorgt für Ärger - nicht nur an der Zapfsäule. Von Danko Handrick.
