Avi, can we install linear solar arrays along Hwy 1 and 16? Put them along the fences and tie them into the substations along those highways. Maybe a crown corp that citizens could invest into. We could harvest many electrons from such an array (even in winter they can catch photons reflecting off snow. Rural jobs for cleaning/maintenance. -
