Just heard them say that the mayors security detail missed the cut for getting on the official bus to be in the parade but still want to be in it so they are just going to rock up behind an old metro bus that is also taking part.

Arguably not a pedestrian at that point. I'm not sure how much vertical separation between the foot and the sidewalk is required before you become more of a climber.
