Good morning, chums. Having got up with the sun whatever ludicrous time that was and then sorting out the house and kids, I ran to #ParkRun (about 3.5k) where we had a club takeover event, with banners and flags and cakes and a marquee and IT WAS DELIGHTFUL. Had about 850 runners and I was marshalling with a sweet kid who's doing his Duke of Edinburgh. Had a blast as per. Lovely crowd. What a lovely way to start a weekend. I then ran home again and am now HOT. Here is a picture of my goddamn face. No one likes their own pictures but I'm trying to be better at being accepting of myself, but I put a filter on it just to make it marginally more interesting. Huzzah! Have a good weekend or else.
