Bell Canada just charged me $200 for something they didn't give me.

Bell Canada just charged me $200 for something they didn't give me. And it's 51 minutes to speak to an agent.
Between them and Rogers, Canada really has the worst telecommunications industry on Earth

@jmcrookston worst deal for consumers ever, Rogers buying SHAW, total crap show - promises of no price hikes or service changes but we literally shout fight with them EVERY month for over billing and killing channels
CRTC are useless fucks, not even an acknowledgment of complaints

yup. There's not even another company really to go to. I was with Roger's many years. It wasn't any better. I moved to Bell because they did give me cheaper rates on my phone. I didn't expect the service to be better and lo and behold it is not.
Telus is just down right scary.

@jmcrookston we have no choice here, it was Rogers or SHAW, so had to get folded into frigging Rogers - Telus 'wants' to 'service' our neighbourhood but would have to install new lines which everyone here has rejected - Telus is worst of the bunch

Yup. We’ve been with Rogers for years. Bell before that. I wish I could bill them for the hours I’ve spent on the phone trying to sort out billing or service issues.

@jmcrookston even in an infinite, expanding universe there is no "off" far enough for Canadian telecoms to fuck 🤬

@KimberlyN @jmcrookston As someone who used to work for Rogers: Sorry.
