Il Tempo: “Per il bene del mondo”. Senaldi scagiona Trump e punta il mirino sull'Iran
“La guerra l'ha iniziata l'Iran”: Pietro Senaldi inchioda Teheran alle sue responsabilità e solleva Donald Trump da ogni critica. Ospite di 4 di Sera su Rete 4, il condirettore di Libero fa un'analisi impeccabile sulla guerra in Iran e su chi abbia dato inizio alle ostilità dopo giorni in cui la Casa Bianca è stata oggetto di accuse in Italia e in giro per l'Europa. Senaldi inizia la sua disanima parlando del problema terrorismo. Secondo il giornalista a spaventarci non dovrebbe essere la minaccia dei missili di Teheran e del loro nuovo potenziale, piuttosto il terrorismo “economico” che questa guerra sta generando a danno dei paesi europei e dell'Italia.
Poi il riferimento a Trump: “Credo che la guerra non l'abbia iniziata Trump – spiega – credo che la guerra l'abbia iniziata l'Iran che è dietro al 7 ottobre e credo che l'Iran sia il fattore principale di destabilizzazione del Medio Oriente da 50 anni, esattamente da quando c'è stato Khomeini”. Teheran quindi responsabile delle ostilità scoppiate nelle ultime settimane ma non solo, anche di ciò che è accaduto dal 7 ottobre 2023 in poi. Secondo Senaldi, comunque, la guerra contro Khamenei e la repubblica islamica era inevitabile: “Prima o poi il problema dell'Iran andrebbe e andava risolto per il bene del mondo”. Senaldi dimostra la lucidità della sua analisi e non manca di riconoscere alcune criticità nell'operato di Trump in Medioriente: “Quando ti prepari ad affrontare una pratica di questo tipo, devi prepararla molto bene – sottolinea – la sensazione è che non sia stata preparata poi così bene”.

Appearing on 4 di Sera on Rete 4, the deputy editor of Libero delivers an impeccable analysis on the war in Iran and as to who initiated the hostilities after days in which the White House was the subject of accusations in Italy and around Europe. Senaldi begins his dismantling by discussing the terrorism problem. According to the journalist, it should not be the threat of missiles from Tehran and their new potential that frightens us, but the “economic” terrorism that this war is generating to the detriment of European countries and Italy.
Then the reference to Trump: “I believe that the war was not started by Trump – he explains – I believe that the war was started by Iran, which is behind the 7th of October and I believe that Iran is the main destabilizing factor of the Middle East for 50 years, since Khomeini.” Tehran therefore responsible for the hostilities that broke out in recent weeks, but not only, also for what happened since October 7, 2023. According to Senaldi, however, the war against Khamenei and the Islamic Republic was inevitable: “One way or another, the problem of Iran had to be addressed and resolved for the good of the world.” Senaldi demonstrates the lucidity of his analysis and does not fail to recognize some critical points in Trump’s operations in the Middle East: “When you prepare to face a practice of this type, you must prepare it very well – he emphasizes – the feeling is that it was not prepared so well.”
