On the US side, Pete Hegseth is lecturing the soldiers about holy war. He is a believer in militant Christian theology that believes in the Second Coming of Christ. At a Pentagon prayer service (!) he lead with a fake, violent, hateful biblical prayer that actually comes from the movie "Pulp Fiction."
We are dealing with crazy people. This is the nightmare we have been fearing always.

@mok0 Not only is the new Iranian leadership even more religiously fanatic than the previous ayatollah; the US also managed to prove to the Iranian people that the US really is the aggressive enemy that they should hate.

@S_Frolich @wolf Well you could say they need nukes to deter US and Israel from attacking and invading their territory. Trump and Netanyahu have given Iran that argument, because who can deny they were attacked?
