So #Vine is coming back, this time as #DiVine!

@luca @hpod16 @rabble.nz you do not need an invite if you’re setting it up as a nostr user who controls their own keys. We only have invites for folks who want to use the hosted auth server. Those folks expect a more traditional app experience and we need time to make sure that we’re able to scale it and fix bugs.
@rabble Thanks for explaining! So you're working on Divine? How interesting!!
Someone did give me an invite code, but I haven't recorded anything yet.
I wanted to do so at a flower show, but the internet wasn't working because there was too many people there, so the app wouldn't load. Which is, I guess, a trade off when you only allow in-app filming. -

@hannes99 @loops @lutindiscret @_elena @rabble
Vine has a big nostalgia value for me, I’ve explained that before.
And this kind of gotcha-style comment is no fun. Please refrain from that in the future -

@Emerson61 @rabble @tofm2 @hpod16 AT wasn't mentioned. (Other than the app might bridge/integrate with AT and AP). It's a Nostr app. Very decentral.

@Emerson61 @tofm2 @hpod16 and you stumbled in to the reason that I build divine on Nostr vs ATprotocol or ActivityPub.

Y’all are going way over my head with the technical talk at this point, but if you can I challenge you to explain for the dummies in this thread
