Of course, do not click.
Then signal the spam to your instance and the sending instance to protect other people.
And block the spammer so it will know it has been unmasked.

Yeah I got that one a bit earlier and was literally in the process of reporting it but when I hit "submit" got repeated 404 errors. Refreshed and checked again and the account was already suspended, so someone was quick off the mark.

@_elena you just don't trust anyone and click any links or pick up call from unknown numbers. that is how i do it.
