We have a whole system for telling what season of DS9.
- In 3x22 "explorers", Sisko grows the goatee
- In 4x1 "way of the warrior" Sisko shaves his head
- In 5x10 "rapture" they get the later style uniforms -

I keep meaning to make an episode by episode index of Janeway, Kim, and Chakotay's hair and Seven and Neelix's uniforms. Seven's uniforms are challenging in their own way since she has uniform changes in episode (like T'Pol) basically to demonstrate that she doesn't wear the same clothes every day. I haven't noticed many uniform changes inside episodes for Neelix.

I keep meaning to make an episode by episode index of Janeway, Kim, and Chakotay's hair and Seven and Neelix's uniforms. Seven's uniforms are challenging in their own way since she has uniform changes in episode (like T'Pol) basically to demonstrate that she doesn't wear the same clothes every day. I haven't noticed many uniform changes inside episodes for Neelix.

And how many photon torpedoes and shuttlecraft they had at the outset. I think there's a secret Federation resupply system.

@WTL@mastodon.social Prodigy gives us a neat workaround for the shuttlecraft issue and probably the regular photon torpedo situation. We just never saw their small spacecraft replicator.
