The Israeli Air Force struck Beirut's Dahieh in the first IDF action against the Lebanese capital since the April 17 truce, killing Hezbollah Radwan Force operations commander Malek Ballout. Hezbollah claims 17 retaliatory strikes against IDF positions. Hamas official Khalil al-Hayya's son Azzam was killed in Gaza City the same window. The Lebanon ceasefire is over while the Iran MOU is on the table.
