Postie just arrived bringing all my Valentine's Day cards, or so I thought. Turned out to be a water bill.

Prices going up 9.8% "to pay for infrastructure", despite the fact they've paid out almost £80 billion in dividends since privatisation. And we've got off lightly compared to a lot of the country.

It's almost like selling off essential services to private investors is a bad idea!
