I really wonder what on earth made me think that `dnspython' (dnspython.org_ would be packaged as `dnspython` on RedHat 9.7, or even `dns-python`!
It's `python3-dns' of course.

In general, I would never use system python or packaged python libraries for any Python project.
You want to use uv, with --managed-python and direct Pypi downloads.
