    My informal metric for the health of the morale of a company is how much shitposting and bantering folks feel like doing. When all the slack channels are quiet aside from "work speak", it's a real real bad sign.

      @JessTheUnstill Sounds like a great metric to me. We used to bullshit and joke around the office so much (we didn’t do socials as an office). When things started going sideways, the banter got less the more sideways things went. By the time I quit, there was basically none
