@Lizette603_23 I hear you but let's face it, men are ostracised by the so called masculine knob heads who think is wimpish to stand up for women. We need to double down on the wannabe Tates and put them in their place.

US tax dollars murdered those children in Iran.

If you voted for Trump, you murdered those children.

If you get up tomorrow morning in the US and do nothing to remove the current US regime, you murdered those children.

@TheComfortableSpotPodcast ... Afraid you have to remove the entire regime, not just the current one. The military industrial complex has been out and about murdering around the world under pretty much every US administration.

@KarlHeinzHasliP indeed. Regardless of the outcome of the mid terms and the next general election, if Americans want to prevent futher destabilisation, they need a radical swift not only in political sense but society as well. There is nothing to stop a worse version of Trump in future generations.

I would suggest that they start by finding out what the definition of socialism is.

@Urban_Hermit and it's incredible that we don't consider that a joke.

@TheComfortableSpotPodcast it is like we have to consider all of reality living in a capitalist Armageddon (market capture, forced consumerism to monopolies, old wealth propping up the value of oil despite it killing the planet, immense riches used to rape children and get away with it) and everything we learned as children - like all of that including our optimism is a sick, ironic joke, that we will be forced to live and die in, helpless to stop it, even collectively.

@TheComfortableSpotPodcast we are the Epicurians now, hoping we can wall off our garden and have enough pleasures that existence until death is tolerable.

And everyone is poorer and struggling. I drive through the suburbs for my job and see endless tiny plots of land with McMansions and nearly no yard, such density passing for the illusion of ownership, independence, and participation in "building wealth" - based on the illusion of endless growth and future scarcity.

@TheComfortableSpotPodcast what is wrong with the world now, probably now more than ever despite it being an eternal problem, is the belief by so many Egos that they have to get what they can now, because the end is coming.

              A self fulfilling prophecy.

@JonChevreau @TheComfortableSpotPodcast Buddy that's bullshit and you know it! Nobody has control over whether or not if they don't pay the full price of an item they simply at best don't get it, and at worse go to prison for tax evasion. Are you suggesting we do that in mass somehow or flee the country? It's been done before in WWIII. I'd like to see you put your money where your mouth is on that.

@elshara The now confirmed strike on the school—killing over 1 60 children—wasn’t just a tragedy, it was a failure of accountability. Whether due to outdated intelligence or reckless decision-making, this is what happens when military actions lack oversight and citizens remain passive.
No, individual Americans didn’t pull the trigger. But democracy means more than just voting; it’s about demanding transparency, protesting unjust actions, and holding leaders accountable. 1)

@elshara If this had been Ireland, there’d be outrage, investigations, and resignations, and even criminal charges. Why should the US be exempt?

This isn’t about guilt—it’s about responsibility. If you benefit from a system, you have a duty to challenge its failures. Silence isn’t neutrality; it’s complicity. The question isn’t just who is to blame, but what we do next to ensure it never happens again. 🔚
