"New NOTAM system goes live (behind the scenes) April 18" by Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association AOPA - FAA's Notices to Airmen NOTAM aviation bulletin system will be upgraded midnight-4am US/Eastern on Sat April 18. Worst case, if something goes wrong with the upgrade, it is possible to have a nationwide ground-stop in the US until it is fixed.
