A Haber program director Amina Kavasoglu recounts that an Israeli settler stopped her while she was reporting from northern occupied Palestine and asked, “Where are you from?”
When she replied that they were from Turkey, the settler said, “You are our next enemy, do you know that?”
She added that before he left, he directed insulting words at them, emphasizing that she tried to manage the situation carefully since even a small reaction could have led to her arrest.
