I will never understand how people become that heartless.If I was working in a senior facility, all the time, 24/7, I would be thinking
"Some day, this will be me...and how would I feel laying there helpess?"

@SnowyCA That's so rough. I wish we'd properly fund our care services so they're not scraping the bottom of the empathy barrel for hiring.

We need to get rid of for-profit retirement homes.
LTCs are run by the government, pay staff better, and the staff to resident ratio is substantianally higher.
