@donni 3:00 - 4:00 am, the devil's hour - everything seems twice as bad as it does in daylight.
I use whatever it takes to sleep (not necessarily at the same time) - magnesium, melatonin, doxylamine succinate (sp), trazadone (script). I also am physically active and get outdoors every day for the oxygen. Sleep is important to me.
