@s1m0n4 Very tough choices, but given the white truck of doom is generally travelling at a brisk walking pace, the "stand there staring at the headlights" thing will almost always trigger me

@s1m0n4 for 4, I’m more likely to scream at the scream because the driver with those headlights never so much as slows down
They obviously see the person because they alway toot their horn! But applying the breaks? Swerving? SLOWING DOWN? Nuh-uh!

@bougiewonderland that's why for me this trope has become almost comical. It's unrealistic in many ways, as you pointed out.
So I'm torn by anxiety with n.1. While they talk without keeping the eyes on the road, they could get in an accident at any time.
Also n.2 is truly annoying. Why are you hugging and conversating when the building is about to collapse? Just get the hell out of there

@ronsboy67 especially since the character most of the times just needs to jump towards the side of the road.
And, as Celeste mentioned, the white truck could use the brakes too. -
