Once upon a time @Sk8r_Grrl and I were looking for a destination for our next trip. She sent me a video of an island of raccoons in Miami and I immediately thought... THERE! She agreed instantly despite the fact that we would be headed to Florida. And so it was that we paddled in a kayak to an island with raccoons 🦝 and fed them watermelon
and had a wonderful time (until the storm rolled in and we were paddling for our lives in sheeting rain and wind to get to shore).
