This is such a great #photo! The unnamed #photographer had a couple of options when #Epstein's victims were asked to raise their hands if they were still awaiting to meet with the #DOJ. With #PamBondi in the foreground, they could totally have used a different #focal length to get everyone into #focus. But they deliberately choose to focus on the victims, leaving #Bondi blurred out. This is the beauty and genius of #photography, how one technical decision changes everything.

@sheislaurence Or, as the strapline of the museum in Bradford used to say, a long time ago when the museum had a different name, "The Camera Always Lies". https://www.scienceandmediamuseum.org.uk/

@sheislaurence I can't wait to see that bitch get fucking torched for her crimes against humanity.

            That's besides the point, though.

I fully agree with photography and cinematography being so impactful in each decision that sometimes gets lost in consumption. Every single thing occurring that you are seeing was a decision or series of decisions; virtually nothing is there by accident and you should remember that when viewing.

@sheislaurence I love the look on the victim's face which indicates how much of her soul Pam Bondi has sold

@ytscorp @grammasaurus the photo makes you understand the story even if you don't know the context. You realise Bondi isn't so much in front of everyone else but rather has her back turned to everyone else. Everyone is looking in the same direction except her, literally looking the other way, downcast, making it obvious it is a deliberate decision to ignore everyone. The only 2 people looking in the same direction don't avert their gaze as she does. We understand they stare at the culprit: her.

@Robo105 their gaze is the key that explains the scene. It really is something!
