WATCH: “Johnny, you just absolutely lied.” Republican candidate for Congress Rep. Johnny Garrett caught BLATANTLY LYING that 50% of all crime in Tennessee was committed by undocumented immigrants (NC5 explains it’s 2%, 90% of those NON-VIOLENT/traffic)
